This Ulta Beauty location is phenomenal! I went in looking for a concealer, but unfortunately it was only available online. The general manager immediately apologized and said, “You know what, we’ll ship it to you with free shipping as an apology.” I was blown away by her kindness! She went above and beyond. Not only helping me find other products, but also updating my Ulta Beauty account information right there at the register. I wish I remembered her name, because she was truly amazing. If I could tip her, I absolutely would. This is exactly what customer service should look like.

Was browsing and had an associate come up to me and tell me that they were closed and I needed to go to the register. The way she spoke to me made me uncomfortable so I just left. When I got to my car and checked the time it was still 10 minutes before closing at six? I get it you want to get home but she made me feel like I should apologize for still being in the store.

I highly recommend the salon at the store, especially Shealyn. She gave me a haircut and color with great precision and care. It was very important to her that I would be fully satisfied with the result, and she was also gentle and pleasant throughout.
