This past week, I had the most amazing experience with Renato Rego. I've been to several different Ulta's and everyone has been nice but Renato truly made a difference to me. He is beyond knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I don't have a ton of knowledge in the make-up world but he made me feel beyond comfortable to keep asking questions and I wanted to learn from him. Renato made sure I understood all the products I was buying, how and when to use them and even how to clean them! I will solely just return to this store because of him. He's so great, HIGHLY recommend going to this store and meeting him!!

Idk who’s in charge of hiring at the Dartmouth Ulta but give em a damn raise. I’m a DoorDash driver and every single person who has ever helped me here has been so kind, charismatic, and helpful, not to mention quick. Gotta single out Carina as the best one though, I had the 5 most random items possible in an order that were all over the store and she was such an expert that she beelined to every exact location while making casual conversation and being polite. Good job!

I went into this store looking for a clean beauty foundation and concealer. Ava, a makeup technician or consultant, helped me find a perfect match for foundation and concealer. She also does make up there and was very knowledgeable about various products. Very sweet young lady with great knowledge about the products they carry. Would go back and work with her anytime!

I had the best experience with Julia! I had no idea where to even start with skincare, but she walked me through everything step by step. She asked me thoughtful questions and even looked at my skin to figure out exactly what would work best for me. The routine she put together has been amazing! I absolutely love what she picked out, and I’m already seeing results just a week in. I can’t thank her enough for making the whole process so easy and personalized. Highly recommend seeing Julia if you’re feeling lost with skincare!

Went in not knowing what to get for my skin type, Ava greeted me and made me feel extremely comfortable, showed me everything needed to help my skin thrive & exactly how to use it! Shade matched me & made sure I felt confident! I’ve been using everything she told me to get for two days now and my skin feels amazing!!
