By far the worst service. I have been given the run around numerous times to have my daughters birthday party. First by Carla who never returned my calls, then the manager Laura who assured me that I would be a priority and get things things straightened out, and now Andrea the general manager who has no idea that we've been already back and forth for a month now and tells me the party pretty much isn't going to happen. No body knows what is going on and I've had to push back (now twice) my daughter's party. All to pretty much just forget about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I went to Ulta today and had an amazing experience. My mom, who is 84, was looking for a foundation, so we asked for help and were lucky to be assisted by Alisha. She was an absolute doll. She really listened to my mom’s needs, took her time cleansing her skin, applied toner and moisturizer, and fully prepped her skin before even starting with foundation. She has an incredible eye, she found the perfect shade on her first try. She recommended the Estée Lauder Futurist Hydra Rescue Foundation, which looked beautiful on my mom. She even applied concealer and blush, which we ended up purchasing as well. Alisha truly went above and beyond and made my mom feel so special. Thank you, Alisha, for your wonderful care and advice. Ulta is very lucky to have you on their team.

This was my first time at an Ulta store. I don’t usually buy a lot of makeup (just a mascara or a concealer here and there). Everything from designer brands to the most trusted names in skin and haircare. I was also recommended to come here for mini fragrances and perfumes to give as gifts to my friends, I loved the experience and I’m definitely coming back. Everyone was very friendly, and the service was excellent.

Everytime I enter this location NOBODY ever greets or assists me. I feel completely invisible at this location. As a card member I spend a lot of money and personally hate this location. I came to purchase birthday gifts for my daughter. We sought a team member to assist in a color match but they all seemed to be scattered assisting others and never came to tend to us. Checkout was also displeasing as my daughter thought she had an account and the rep seemed bothered by the fact she wanted to redeem birthday gifts. We spent over $150 during this purchase and I can’t say I feel Ike returning or spending my money here again. The lady rushed us and was rude. It seemed her break was about to begin because as soon as she finished our transaction she walked out the door with us. I won’t be back

I have a very strange skin tone and needed matching. Everyone was wonderful but Arthur was AMAZING. He asked questions and helped me (I've worn the same powder foundation for a million years and it's discontinued) and everyone figured it out. I really appreciate it. It was busy in the store and one woman was mistreating staff members. Be kind to people! Thank you to everyone who was able to help me through the holiday chaos (especially Arthur tho because he made me feel special).
