I honestly had the best experience! I went in planning to buy just one cologne, but the team took such great care of me that I ended up leaving with two 😅💖. They really listened to what I liked, walked me through different scent options, and made the whole process feel fun and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pressured — just supported. Finding my perfect scent meant so much to me, and I couldn’t have done it without their help. This is exactly the kind of service that keeps me coming back. Thank you for such a beautiful experience! I was in desperate need of some advice of a product. I walked in and Tiff dropped everything she was doing to help me. Not only did she listen to my concerns about specific products she helped guide me to other options as well that I ended up buying and loving, without any pressure. Which is exactly the expierence I was looking for. I went to 2 beauty supply stores before going to her Ulta and by the time I got there I was completely defeated cause the customer service was not it. But Tiffany helped me gain the confidence I needed. Her customer service should be the gold standard on how Ulta employees treat their customers. Not only that but her staff that was with her, made the expierence even more enjoyable. They were all so kind, patient and truly there to help. It will be the only Ulta

This location provides a consistently poor customer experience. Staff engagement is minimal to nonexistent. On multiple occasions, employees have actively avoided assisting customers rather than offering help. All men’s fragrance is locked behind display cases, yet employees are largely unavailable or unwilling to assist with sampling. This makes it effectively impossible to explore or purchase men’s fragrance at this location, which raises serious concerns about basic sales operations. The overall energy of the store is unwelcoming, and customer service standards are clearly not being enforced. As a result, I would not recommend shopping at this Ulta location. Customers looking for fragrance or service should strongly consider visiting another Ulta or nearby alternatives such as Sephora

Had such a wonderful experience with Whitni! She is a fragrance EXPERT! I told her what scent I liked and she found me 4 new perfumes to be obsessed with. I walked away with one for the night but I'll be back for more. Her passion and knowledge for fragrance is amazing! Wonderful customer service. :)

Such a bad experience with the person named Whitni! Me and my boyfriend came to buy a perfume and we ask for help and she came with such a rude attitude. Every time we ask if we were able to try a perfume she was acting like she was making us a favor and not like helping us. Thanks God another super sweet lady came and help us decide which perfume to buy. We decide to buy 2 perfumes and when we were about to pay the lady Whitni was our cashier and with a bad attitude again told me that the payment screen was asking me if I want it to use the Ulta Beauty Card and I ask her nicely if she can explain me more about the points and how I can use them and with a mean voice she said “Is just asking you if you want to pay with the Ulta credit card”. I had never experience a bad attitude from custom
