Jaynee helped me SO much with choosing make up AND making me feel beautiful and helped! She took her time and paid attention to exactly what I needed and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed before I left! 10/10 recommend!

I want to give a huge shout-out to an associate at Ulta in Cordova TN named Camilla (sorry if I spelled your name wrong — I couldn’t find my receipt). She was absolutely amazing! I don’t usually shop at Ulta, but after the experience I had today, I will most definitely be shopping there more often. Camilla showed me products I didn’t even ask for, and I ended up purchasing them because they looked and smelled great. She was extremely patient, answered all of my questions, and truly took her time helping me. I would also like to thank another associate named Ty, who helped my son find a cologne he has been wanting. He said she was very helpful as well. It’s hard to find great customer service nowadays, but I truly appreciate these two young ladies for providing such a positive experience

I went to ulta to get my birthday freebies and they told me I needed a account and to have had made a purchase before and I've obviously have so I went to the check out and she pulled up my account and apparently I had 4 account. So she told me I didn't have any purchases on all 4. I told the girl any time I've been there they tell me to make a account everytime so I asked her can you delete or combine them? She told she couldn't I'd have to call a service number or I'd have to make a purchase now and do it next year. Absolutely not!! That is the business mistake not mine!!! They didn't try to fix my account or anything! That is ridiculous for a birthday freebie!

A regular Ulta outlet. I visited to pick some stuff. There was not much customer, as well as staff at that time. I knew what I was looking for, and got that alright. It was fast. They have on premises salon service which I want to book an appointment some day.

They were closing and you can tell the staff was ready to go with 30min left for people To shop. One employee did answer my questions when I did have some and the checkout line was moving good.
