Do not get your hair done here. My shirt was completely bleached during my appointment — both the front and back. When I called the salon, the manager said they could replace it only if I provided a receipt. Most people don’t keep receipts for clothing, especially for something purchased a while ago, so that response was frustrating. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager hung up on me. Zoey was my stylist, and after looking closely, I noticed part of my hair roots turned out orangish. I would not recommend Zoey or this salon. I later saw another review mentioning a similar issue with the same stylist — I wish I had seen it beforehand. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about this experience.

I recently visited this location to find a foundation match, which is always difficult for me due to my skin tone. After spending a lot of time testing shades, I thought I found a match in the Fenty Luminous line and asked a staff member (a heavyset Hispanic woman with purple hair; I didn’t get her name) for a sample. I was told samples were not available (except for two lines) and that I would need to purchase the foundation and return it later if it didn’t work. Since it was nighttime and store lighting can be very different from daylight, I decided not to move forward and only purchased a lip gloss and gift cards. At checkout, Gabrielle overheard me mention how hard it was to find a matching foundation and said, “It sounds like you need a color match.” I didn’t even realize color-match

Had an amazing experience with Esmeralda at the salon! She was so friendly, conversational, and genuinely welcoming. She’s not new to doing hair, but she is new to Ulta and what a great addition she is. Unfortunately, the other associates in this location aren’t as warm; the reviews are right that they don’t greet or acknowledge you. I’m grateful Esmeralda doesn’t carry that same unwelcoming energy into the salon.

Will not be shopping at this location anymore. Every associate looked at me and ran in the opposite direction. No one asked if I needed help looking for anything or had any questions about products. The cashier Grayson is the sweetest person ever. They welcomed every customer entering while assisting those checking out.
