I recently visited Ulta in Commack for hair highlights, and Allison took care of me. She was incredibly pleasant and professional from start to finish. I shared very detailed information about how I wanted my hair to look, and she truly listened—taking thoughtful notes and even showing example photos to make sure we were aligned. Allison is extremely talented, and the results speak for themselves. She did an amazing job with my coloring, and I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out. This was my first time using Ulta’s beauty services, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of talent and the affordability compared to private salons. I am writing about my experience at the Commack, New York Ulta store. I had a coupon for $10 off $50 purchase online or in stores, including prestigious brands and fragrances. When I got to the counter, I presented the items for purchase, which were one MAC lipstick and one Armani My Way perfume travel spray. The cashier informed me that the coupon CAN BE USED for this purchase. However. the cashier noticed that the purchase of the perfume was eligible for shipping only. She asked her manager about why it is not allowing pickup in-store, and the manager said the coupon does not apply to the perfume because there are only four in stock. This review is for the head hairstylist, Terry. I have known her for about 5 years now. She is attentive, she is a great listener and asks all the right questions. I feel comfortable in her chair and with any assistants working alongside her as she guides them to style my hair. She is the hairdresser I know I can be honest with and get my desired results whether it is with her, or her recommendation for a niche stylist (as in blonde specialists, vibrant color, etc). Love her!

Purchased Clarins face oil for $68 dollars, Opened product at home and found an almost empty product bottle. I returned to the store to replace item, I was treated so poorly as if I did this purposely. The immature store manager Sabrina treated me like a criminal! This is how they treat PLATINUM members.
