Had such a good experience shopping for hair toner and hair care products. I found exactly what I was looking for, and the staff was incredibly helpful — they really take the time to understand what you need and give great recommendations. The overall vibe was super welcoming. I’ve noticed that the staff at these stores are always sweet and approachable. I also love picking up makeup and skincare while I’m there. It’s just a fun and easy place to shop — no pressure, just good energy.

Went in looking for cologne for my bfs bday & found some gift sets they had out, just browsing & I can hear them on their headsets acting like I was stealing lol before coming over to me I can hear the associate say “yea Im on it” I have no reason to shoplift when I have a Ulta credit card. Also after spending the MY money they had a free gift with my purchase which I could not exchange for a bigger size. I didn’t know the sizing was S/M so now I’m stuck with a “gift” I cant use. I get it because I have worked retail but not everyone is a thief and they killed my shopping vibe. Everyones attitude was just off like they were annoyed. & maybe be more discreet when trying to catch a “thief” because its a little offensive to a regular customer spending their $.

I had a specific product I wanted to get , I added to my cart in the app, and confirmed it was available for pickup at this location. We get there, and I tried to find it myself first before needing any assistance. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to locate it, so I asked someone. She seemed confused as to what I was asking for (iT Cosmetics). I showed her a photo of it in my cart. She said she didn’t they have it, but I said they “should” b/c it shows in the app available for pickup at this location. She seemingly went to look for it, I found her, and she said they didn’t have it. I reiterated they did b/c it shows in the app as available for pickup, and asked what they would’ve done if I had placed the order online instead of coming in. She said “we would’ve said it’s not available” Really??

I had a really disrespectful experience at Ulta today when my friend and I went in to pick up our birthday gifts and make some purchases. We each went to different cashiers at the same time. My friend had no issues, she simply gave her phone number and received her birthday gift right away. When it was my turn, I told the cashier (Kiwi) that I wanted to redeem my birthday gift. She immediately told me I “needed the app,” which confused me because my friend had just redeemed hers at the register right next to us without it. I mentioned that I don’t have the app but i have a birthday email but then remembered i accidentally left my phone in the car.
