Jayla was so helpful today - the product I needed was not available. She quickly helped me to get a sample to get me by until the online order placed at store was delivered to my home. 2 claps - great customer support
I came in to return 2 makeup items. I ended up speaking with a young lady named Aliyah. She listened to what I was looking for (which I did not find with my earlier purchases and the reason they were returned). Aliyah pointed me in the direction of other products. I spent some time in the store testing products on my own, and then had to leave as I needed to be somewhere else. I returned two days later and the same beautiful young lady was there. She helped me try on the products she thought would be good for me. She was patient as I talk a lot, and she listened to my family history. She was also patient in allowing me to discover different shades of foundations to match my skin just right. One product the store was out of so she suggested I order it from the store, therefore skipping the
Today I went in to purchase cologne for my partners birthday. Initially I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance. I advised the sales associate I was there to purchase cologne and she took me to another sales rep who was in that department. I told her one of the items I was interested in after showing me that cologne she disappeared. I walked the area looking for her and another consumer advised me that I might as well leave with her because she too had been looking for the sales associate had walked off from her also. I waited a while to where I eventually kindly said excuse me (trying to see if anyone could assist). No one replied or came over. So I decided to walk closer to the back of the store I finally located her helping an elderly lady. She does give me an odd look. But I
I was in a hurry to get to the hotel (I'm from out of town), and the "Lead Cashier" woman was complaining to the other sales associate (a male) saying "Since when do store managers only work 7am-11am? I thought that's what associates did, not managers." The lady continued complaining. The male associate did not engage. He walked to the floor and started working. Then, the lady finally started checking me out complaining about how someone's order went missing. I was not responding, as I was in shock at how she was complaining to a random stranger/customer. She continued talking about my points while I'm trying to walk away. I was not responding because I was in a hurry, and she did not pick up on the social cues that I was not interested nor did I have time to listen to the millions of reas
DONE with this company. Their return/exchange policy is crap. Eyeliner won’t move up when it’s twisted (no clicking like it does when it’s at the end) but because it was outside of 30 days “there’s nothing I can do”. Well there’s something *I* can do, Ulta Beauty. I will now spend all of my beauty dollars elsewhere. Why is it so difficult to find companies these days that will just do the right thing?! I get profits as a small business owner but when your product is defective you should own that. Bye!! ETA - After the response from the "owner" I wanted to be clear that I was not even offered a merchandise credit - I wasn't told if my purchase fell outside of the timeframe. Regardless, my purchase of this eyeliner was a complete waste because the product was defective. And I guess it does
