I’ve now tried curbside pickup twice, and both times been completely ignored and had to go into the store. The first time I waited over 25 minutes, this time I waited 12. When I walked in, two staff members were chatting on the floor and 2 behind the counter with no line; I walked right up. When I asked if they still offer curbside the woman said yes, I told them I’d checked in over 10 minutes ago was told that they were “short staffed.” She was kind, but this has been incredibly frustrating. One time is a fluke, but twice is neglect to this “convenience” service.

I wanted to write that I received OUTSTANDING service from Elijah at Ulta here in Columbia, MO. He went above and beyond assisting me with a Babyliss iron...very knowledgeable and helpful. In addition, I was having a hard time getting my promo code to pull up on my phone. Again, he was very helpful in getting that resolved and squared away on that front. I will definitely ask for him again and encourage other shoppers to do so. Great experience and many thanks to Elijah for his great customer service.

I was looking into getting a new setting spray but wasn’t sure which one to go with. After picking something random, I went to check out and was greeted by Larynn. I had asked her if what I picked out was good and she ended up suggesting something else and how to use it. I bought a small can to try it out and it ended up working perfectly for me! I went back to restock and coincidentally was checked out again by her. She noticed I had gotten a bigger can and asked how it was working for me, so I just wanted to shout her out. She was incredibly helpful and so sweet. If you’re looking for good recs, definitely look for her!

Just had such a nice experience here. First time picking out a real perfume and literally 5 girls told me I was making a good decision and made me feel so confident in the one I chose! Just such kind women work here :)

The absolute worst customer service for makeup in my entire life. I was scheduled for a formal makeup appointment a month in advance, and they even had me confirm my appointment THREE days before the appointment, which I happily confirmed. The MORNING OF my appointment, I get a notice that my appointment was cancelled without a reason why. No offer to make it right, no other availability to have the makeup done on the day I absolutely needed. No apologies! NOTHING! Do not waste your time getting any makeup done here. They truly do not care!
