Visited the salon at the Ulta Providence Center, excellent service. Everyone was soo friendly, super clean. If you have curly hair (any curl type) ask for Amany! My husband has tight curls about shoulder length, she shaped it up and cut so the curls came back to life. My hair is wavy/curly, she gave me the layers of life!! Framed my face and got a braided pony to go! Definitely recommend!!

Had such a great experience in the salon with Arianna. I came in with some very brassy blonde highlights that I wanted covered with an all over color. From the start, she asked me questions to see what look I was trying to achieve. Because my highlights were such a harsh contrast to my natural color and the color I was going for, she got a 2nd opinion from another stylist before just experimenting on my hair. She explained everything she was doing and why. The final result was FLAWLESS. I am so in love with the color and super excited to book my next appointment with her. She's knowledgeable, thorough and talented. Really glad I decided to give this salon a try!

I came into the store to find a new purple shampoo and wasn't sure where to start. The associate Rylee greeted me asking if I needed assistance and I explained what I came in for. She guided me to the section and showed me all of the options, but highly suggested Redken blondage purple shampoo. The cost was not astronomical, which sold me (no pun intended) on buying this! Rylee couldn't have been sweeter and I appreciated her knowledge. Us blondes need to stick together!

I will never shop here again. Or any Ulta. The harassment every time you go in to get a store credit card is bad enough. This last visit, however, was horrible. Nobody asked if I needed help. Upon check out, I declined providing my phone number because I rarely shop at Ulta and was just looking for something new to add to my skincare routine. The checkout associate tried to pressure me into giving my phone number and threatened that I would be unable to return any products if I didn’t. I had her verify this with another worker who correctly stated that I could return items with a receipt but I was missing out on other perks by not providing my number. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for. Lisa offered great recommendations that suited my needs perfectly, and her warm, friendly personality made the whole experience enjoyable.
