My daughter and I had a wonderful experience with the makeup consultant and the staff. As an LGBTQ+ individual, they were affirming and welcoming! They helped me find the right tone of foundation and recommended a high end brand! I absolutely will be recommending my friends and will be returning. Thank you Ulta for making our day filled with fabulousity ~<3

I spent over 40 minutes in this store looking for items for my daughter. I spent most of my time in the e.l.f aisle which is approximately 15’ away from the front registers. I am a 50 yr old dad in a hoodie and a sweatshirt. Who in the store most looks like they could use some help?? Surprise for the employees that don’t understand how to help people!! Pitiful service. Here’s a super duper crazy secret: If you made this a more enjoyable experience for a man who is willing to do this for his daughter, can you imagine what that man’s approval rating would soar to when their wife or daughter wants to go shopping for this stuff in the future? BTW, Sephora is only 2 blocks north. Maybe check it out??

Spent $25 on two products, was told returns were easy, but when I went back I was only offered $2 per item for in store credit even tho the actual products on the shelves were still being sold for what I had paid for them. Manager was unwilling to make reasonable accommodations for the situation. If I find my receipt I will be returning the two products and spending my money at stores more focused on customer retention and satisfaction.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and informative, making sure that we knew about the loyalty program and other incentives. While just browsing, one associate came up and asked if we needed help and then went above to help with recommendations and selection advice while never being pushy.

I had the best experience with Celeste! She was so kind and incredibly helpful with color matching makeup and suggesting products for my upcoming family photos/wedding. I think we tried seven different foundations to find the perfect one, she truly listened to everything I was looking for in each product. It’s been a while since I’ve worn makeup, and I wasn’t sure where to start, but Celeste took the time to walk me through my options and found every shade I needed to pull everything together beautifully. She has such a great eye for detail, amazing product knowledge, and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I can’t recommend her enough thank you, Celeste! 💕
