Shout out to Kaitlyn at Hunt Valley Ulta hopefully u don't have two Kaitlyn's lol. But I have switched to ur location and Kaitlyn waited on me twice and has a very polite, kind, patient, and friendly helpful personality that Goucher in Towson Ulta does not sadly. I want you to know u hired the right girl who cares about customers and ur management is wayy better than the Towson Ulta too. U guys are so much nicer and try to make the customer feel welcomed and not judged nor do you guys have attitudes but for those 2 times have been friendly. Keep being Awesome Ulta in Hunt Valley and ur associates!! I can only speak for the ones I have interacted with but have had really nice pleasant experiences that I appreciate and notice.

If I could give them a zero I would. This is the second time the salon has made me angry. The first time, the stylist made me wait 30 minutes and then had me waiting at the bowl too. Today I had an appointment I made online and I just went in and no one was at the salon. I did not get a notification that my appointment was canceled. All I was given was an apology by the girl at the counter after I drove out of my way to make it to that appointment. I will not be going back. Thank goodness for the Hair Cuttery that is around the corner.

i’ll be homest i usually DREAD going to Ulta, no matter what location it is. im always met with the most rude and careless employees, until tonight! tbree employees were so sweet and helpful! this will be my home ulta from now on solely due to the service. its hard to find young girls who arent mean and make the experience lacking, but this location is clearly doing something right.

If I could give zero stars I would. Called in to make a appt for hair color on 12/21, felt uneasy with the way the call was handled however I went ahead and proceeded with making the appt. The appt was for 12/22 at 4:45pm. I get a call at 2 pm that the manager who booked me over booked me (not my fault) and there was nothing they could do for me today even though a manager booked me. I asked to come in at an earlier time and was told no it had to be another day. They have completely lost my business. All I recieved was an apology and was told I’d get my service discounted at another time if I wanted to reschedule. 1st time ever getting my hair done in a salon and definitely won’t be ever scheduling here or recommending going here! Unacceptable and unprofessional especially since a manager

I came for a tinted moisturizer. I was assisted by a friendly young lady. When ww realized they were out of the product I wanted we tried others. We “found” one that I liked when I got to the car I realized she gave me the wrong one. When o went back to tell her she SNATCHED IT OUT OF MY HAND!!!! I returned the product and told the cashier I wanted to speak to the manager. She overlooked it and returned my money and apologized for the inconvenience. No manager. No discussion on how to remedy so now I am driving to another Ulta. I’m highly disappointed in this location today all around. This is my Go To when I need beauty products because they are in the neighborhood. Customer service is important. I am seething!!
