Photo 2: My bangs right after being cut at this salon by a different stylist. I loved them. Photo 1: Four months later, grown out, ready for a simple trim. Photo 3: The result after my appointment. I booked a haircut to get my ends and bangs trimmed. The original stylist said she didn’t know how to cut bangs and brought in Avon. I asked to keep the same framing, with the shortest point under my eyebrows. I showed her with my fingers too as to where I wanted them to end. Avon did not assess my hair or ask questions. Carlos helped me with a happy return. And there was just a minimal wait. I also asked him about a perfume or cologne that I bought for my husband, which I thought was only purchased about three months ago and come to find that it was actually purchased in November, which is a good seven months ago . so my question was that I tried to return it about a week after I purchased it to my local Ulta and the person said that there’s no return on colognes or perfumes but rather if my husband just sprayed a little bit on his wrist and then didn’t touch it didn’t rub it in then the scent would change. While I was skeptical, I said OK so since there’s no return policy on the cologne, which I didn’t even check, I just took her word and then I went back home and told my husband. It’s still smelled

I had a horrible experience with this salon. I went to get a consultation and everything went well. I showed a picture of what I wanted and my appointment was a week later. I showed up for my appointment and Evelyn wanted to put my hair dark. I told her that’s not I wanted and that’s not what I showed her. She began yelling loudly saying it was the law, she couldn’t color my hair lighter because I had a process 8 and needed to process my hair a 5 and it was illegal. The manager, at the time was pregnant over heard my trying to get a word in because Evelyn wouldn’t allow me to talk, and said that I would have to make another appointment because she didn’t have time. Espe helped me and my mom find the perfect shade for a face tint, foundation, and concealer. She was so patient and helpful. She listed to our concerns and addressed them kindly. We'll be looking forward to seeing Espe again next time we visit the Ulta Clifton location.

I absolutely love this Ulta! Everyone is always super helpful and they are alsays in stock with any products that I need. I wanted to give a special shoutout to one of their sales associates, Jenn, who did a splendid job at helping my mother, my younger sister and myself out with some of our purchases. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and attentive of our needs/budget. I hope to shop with her again!
