From the beginning, she was very professional, kind, and attentive, explaining every step of the process and making sure the treatment was right for my hair type. My hair feels super smooth, shiny, and frizz-free, exactly what I was looking for. You can truly tell Tiffany is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. A while ago, I had a very unpleasant experience at the Ulta on Gulf to Bay and left a review reflecting that. Recently, I had an e-gift card and noticed they carried a fragrance I wanted, so I decided to give this location another chance. I’m genuinely happy to say this visit was a complete turnaround. From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged with a warm and friendly welcome and guided to the fragrance area. There, I was assisted by Kayla G. an enthusiastic young woman who was knowledgeable, patient, and truly pleasant to work with. I even complimented her makeup and asked a few questions, which she kindly answered while offering helpful tips. These women (especially Kayla and Ashley) have been MY makeup expert Holy Grail the last 4 months. They're so understanding, intuitive and non-judgemental. If you need someone to color match you--ask for Ashley. Full stop. She does the most fantastic job. Even though I'm still looking for my best foundation, I bring the Chanel she recommended and compare it to all others. Kayla only seems to get frustrated if you apologize! She's been with me on my (I can't believe I'm writing this) makeup journey. Listens better than my therapist about what I'm looking for and why. Kayla never responded with judgement when I stood there teary eyed and at the end of my rope over makeup of all things. All the workers there are kind and helpful. Gabby E in the salon always takes AMAZING care of my curls and has genuinely taught me so much on how to manage, maintain and style them. She’s always incredibly patient and explains the methods and products she uses so I can try and replicate at home, she even helps me find similar lower cost products within my budget to try and get as close of a result at home. She does my braids for music festivals as well and I swear she is an absolute WIZARD with braiding hair as well! Every single time I see her it genuinely makes my day better
