Rosan is magical! She cut my hair and made it look so incredibly awesome! Then she gave me a great makeup tutorial and walked me through the process, patiently answering questions. She even got all my products together - so I didn’t have to try to find them. What a delight!

Very disappointing experience. I arrived on time but my stylist (Rosan) was already busy with another client, which made my service feel rushed from the start. There was no proper consultation, and my haircut was done very quick. During blow-drying, another person took over who was not even a stylist and clearly had no idea what she was doing. She couldn’t properly use a brush and dryer, and the process took an unreasonable amount of time. The worst part was the upper lip waxing. Rosan was clearly rushing to get back to another waiting client, and because of that the service was extremely careless. My skin was not cleansed or prepped at all, and wax was applied to the same area multiple times, which resulted in my skin being torn and severely irritated.I have sensitive skin, but I’ve had t

Incredible service! Rosan is an absolute angel and puts so much effort into making sure the color and cut is exactly what I want and works with my hair type. Everyone at the store is so nice and helpful!
