Giving one star, not because they don’t have a variety of the products you are looking for but for actual bad service. I went up to a floor employee to ask for help getting a bottle of perfume. The employee was standing at the salon counter gossiping with a customer that was getting her hair done by another employee about what I assume was an employee that no longer works there. The employee doing the hair gave a head nod to the other employee as to say “hey she needs help” the lady turned to me and said give me a minute and I’ll help you while just simply turning back and continuing the conversation about said past employee or “employees “ BEFORE I could even ask for help getting the item needed. Makenna color matched me for foundation today and she was cool and super friendly. I didn’t catch the girl at the registers name but she was also so nice!

Great Black Friday sales! Tons of gift box specials. The staff was polite and knowledgeable.

Went today to look for foundation, Fenty specifically. Asked for someone to help me match it up and Makenna asked me all kinds of questions about what I was looking for. Although Fenty did not work out for me, she found me the BEST and natural foundation and other items that blew my mind! I’d never heard of Benefit cosmetics and she walked me through each product and step and I loved her personality and passion. It was EXACTY what I wanted. She nailed it and I hope she never leaves Ulta!!!!!

Ran in to grab something really quick. Noticed Carolin didn’t give me the “now” price and mentioned it. She didn’t even fix it when I thought she did. Aggravating to say something about an issue just to falsely get it resolved. I even paid more than the “was” price
