I visited this location recently looking for a couple of specific things. As I was wandering aimlessly, this beautiful, tall, model like looking woman named Aziza-Lynn introduced herself and offered me the best customer service ever! She was so knowledgeable in the warmest & most influential way. She is blessed with the perfect amount of sass and spirit to lift you up and bring a smile to your face. I love the products we choose together. Her fun loving humor helped this old woman like me find a low maintenance way to feel younger & pretty again. Everyone needs a Aziza-Lynn in their life to giggle with along the path when decades of maturity separate you from your youth. Such a great experience!!

I went to the ulta in chesterfield mo Jan 2026 . I had a lot of issues with my hair. Gracie is amazing if you want someone that listens and does a great job and takes her time. I booked an appointment with Bri to get my brows waxed and hair curled for my birthday, and she did amazing! She made me feel beautiful and refreshed! Bri was so sweet and made me feel comfortable in the chair. We had great conversation and I will definitely be back in the future! 10/10 recommend
