Nylah did an amazing job helping me out today. She was super patient and kind, & had me walking out feeling confident with the product I purchased. She was very knowledgeable, and it felt like I was getting helped by a friend. She is a great asset to the Ulta Greenbrier team!

I was in an accident that resulted in a massive black eye. I went to Ulta in Chesapeake Crossways for help with finding a way to cover it up. The Ulta representative was wonderful. She was professional and kind. She expertly selected the right products and colors and brushes and patiently showed me how to apply. I am so grateful to her. I am not sure of her name-Kalisha? Or something similar.

This is not directed to the physical stores. The online service is now using OnTrac. This is the worst shipping service ever!! You can’t even speak to a live agent. My package has been floating in my area for a week. Also Ulta customer service is now overseas. This is terrible. I have to ask for a supervisor for Ulta online. Ulta, please go back to UPS and FedEx for shipping. Please use customer service agents based in the States.

Gabby was super helpful to me on my birthday in redeeming rewards so that I can get my daughter something with my free perks. She's a great manager and she needs to be moved way up the ladder in this organization as soon as possible!

I usually find shopping in Ulta a bit overwhelming and tend to avoid it, but today I really needed to find something specific. From the moment I walked in, MK completely changed what shopping at Ulta feels like for me. He was warm, patient, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to listen to what I wanted instead of just pointing me toward a shelf.
