Horrible experience drove over 20 mins to pick this item up and they only had one on the shelf. It was damaged and unsellable. When I spoke to the young lady at the front all she could do was suggest I drive to concord which is over 20 mins away. This item should not have been on the shelf and I was not offered an alternative due to my inconvenience. Poor sales

Miss Tammy went above and beyond during my visit. I had a few questions, and she took the time to not only show me exactly where the product was located, but also to explain my points and so much more. Her stellar personality and genuine kindness are truly priceless when it comes to customer care. She made my experience exceptional, and I’m grateful for her outstanding service. I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at the front cashier. SHANETTA & FLAMBOYANT COWORKER (Didn’t get his name), along with another associate, displayed extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional behavior while I was seeking assistance with getting my BIRTHDAY freebies Instead of offering help, they made snide remarks, laughed openly, and appeared to mock the situation. This behavior took place not only in front of other employees but also in full view of a long line of customers, which made the experience especially uncomfortable and inappropriate. Very sad to have to write a bad and if I could I would put zero stars I would. The manager Shree humiliated my wife, making her cry by accusing her of swiping out a new bottle for an old one. Tell her that she can see in her computer that my wife had brought the same bottle in March and that the one she switched it out for. My wife so upset which back to the house to get the empty bottle and showed them she didn’t switch it like they have accused her. My wife have brought this bottle many of times. I’ll post pictures to show prove she has purchased before. We don’t need to steal anything and more my wife. These managers need to be trained better on how to treat and talk to customers before they loss value customers.

I have no complaints about this store. I came here on a whim, not really looking for anything specific. I am not really a makeup wearer but I decided that I need some new eye liner as mine has dried out. Told you, I am not a make up wearer LOL. I also picked up some magnetic eye lashes. I think I have worn false eye lashes maybe 5 times, but I felt like purchasing some new ones (I still haven't worn them). I did ask one young lady for her advice. She was wonderful in providing me her thoughts on the lashes, so that also made me solidify my purchase. The lines were a bit long at times, but they moved extremely fast. I don't think I waited in line for more than 2 minutes. The cashier was nice and welcoming. I would come back to this establishment as the workers were nice, the shelves were st
