Farangis is hands down the best makeup artist at Ulta. She really listens, knows exactly what she’s doing, and delivers flawless results. I loved my makeup and felt so confident. highly recommend her!

This new store is lovely, there were associates and it was well laid out. I was disappointed however with their lack of sale signs. I had no idea what I was buying was on sale till it was rung up. When I questioned that (a manager was ringing me up) she said that sometimes they do not receive all the signs from corporate! So you cant make a store at the store level, there is no generic % off signs available? I thought to myself how much better could your business be Ulta if you signed accurately? I would have bought two items but didn't want to go back for the other one!

I came in looking for makeup spatulas. I asked the girls at the counter and none of them even knew what I was talking about. Well nobody knows everything, so I let that go. I explained what they were and one went to go look for what she thought they might be, but they told me they didn't have them. I was about to leave, but I found it weird that a popular makeup store wouldn't have it, and also she looked for all of about 20 seconds, so I looked the product up on the website on my phone and showed them what they were and that, according to the website, they should be in stock at this location. The first girl I had asked then found the product. A different girl, the one who searched first, rang me up; as she was ringing me up she said to me "oh this is what you meant! I passed by them and

Kimberly is AMAZING with brows at the Benefit Brow Bar, and is the only one I trust with my brows. The rest of the staff here on the floor is always so kind and helpful.

Kimberly did an incredible Job on my eyebrows! I've never looked better and it was quick and easy❤️
