Today I had one of my best shopping experiences I’ve ever had, at this Ulta. I basically never leave reviews, but I just absolutely had to share my experience. Moments before I came into the store, I had been crying in my car As a family member is going through cancer and it’s been a difficult time. I went to the Estée Lauder counter for foundation and lipstick, And was quickly greeted by Suzanne, who was so friendly and welcoming. She took so much time with me, Giving me the full range of skin care, expertly color matching my foundation and helping me find the perfect lipstick for an event later in the evening. I had a wonderful experience at Ulta on 1/18/2026. Desire was wonderful and spent the time to color match my foundation. After I found the right foundation, she did a quick tutorial on makeup application which was super helpful! Will go back again!
