I had to re-up on some products & had the pleasure of meeting Ashlie who helped me with all my needs! She was very professional & knowledgeable which made my shopping experience a breeze. The store was very tidy & the plethora of products were phenomenal. I highly recommend this location & Ashlie to help with whatever you may need!

I’ve been shopping at this Ulta location for years and always enjoyed coming in. Unfortunately, my experience has changed since the new manager, Ashley, arrived. On my most recent visit, my teenage daughter and I were trying out testers that were clearly marked as samples — something we’ve always been encouraged to do. Ashley came over, snapped at us, and made us feel like we were doing something wrong. I later saw her speak rudely to other customers who were only asking simple product questions. There was no patience, no kindness, and definitely no customer service. A manager should make customers feel welcome, not embarrassed or uncomfortable for being in the store. When I read the reviews about this particular Ulta, I thought, this can’t be. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at Ulta in Morrisville with constant waiting in line over 25 minutes with only 1 cashier running the whole store and nobody ever comes to you to see if you need help. This Ulta was a complete 180. I came in for one 10 dollar items but ended up spending $117. The store looks clean, there’s more then enough staff in the store and they are very service oriented. Their offer was also so much better and higher end brands than Morrisville. From now on I’ll rather take a longer drive and visit Ulta in Cary. What a difference!

I came here one time and had a wonderful experience! Staff is nice and the store is very clean! Always fully stocked with products!! I will say though that the area where the check out line is very bad they need to fix that. It’s in a very tight area and makes it crowded when in the line to check out! Sometime people bump into you or walk in between you just to get through! Need to get that fix @ Ulta beauty! But other that that it’s a nice store!

I got a hair cut today with Michelle! She was great, we had a lot in common and that made conversation so easy, which is new for me. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted! I would recommend her to anyone!
