I came in today for a blow out prior to family pictures. The stylist and I discussed how I wanted curls throughout. It took just over an hour to get my hair washed and then dried. At this point there was very little volume to my hair. She asked if I wanted curls with an iron put in which I agreed to. I did mentioned needing to leave by the 1 hour and 15 minute point and ensured that would be doable. She kindly agreed and began curling. I “liked” it in the salon as I didn’t have time for anything else to be done, but I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I came home and curled my hair again for our photos. While I understand a service was completed that I should have paid for, I feel that the end product that I received was not worth it. The photo attached is my hair right after

Madison at Ulta in cartersville made me and my friend feel so welcomed there today. She was the hostess with the mostest and introduced us to new makeup products and educated us on how to apply it and showed us nothing but kindness today. Thank you Madison for being so kind and professional and making us feel so welcomed. 10/10 recommend Madison in the salon section. ❤️

Caleb was so sweet and helpful. He was in the middle of talking with his colleague but stopped to help me...I felt bad for interrupting him but he was so helpful and spot on customer service! Thank you...meant enough to me to write a review and thank him for helping me with makeup consultation questions I had. I'll be booking an everyday glam appointment.

I had the pleasure of visiting this location for the first time today. I am no stranger to this chain. This store is superior in all areas. The store is clean and organized, the staff is friendly, and knowledgeable . One of the ladies approached me with suggestions of a different brand without me even asking. They outshine the Woodstock location in all areas and they are not that far apart so I encourage you to make the trip!

Madison was amazing! I wanted a clean professional polished look and she gave it to me! I’m thrilled! She was kind thoughtful and great at what she does!!
