The entire staff including management does not know what they are doing and do not know their policies. I was told that I can not do a same day delivery order return unless I waited 48 hours. Customer Service said that is definitely NOT the case and they should have processed my refund to my original form of payment. Customer service recommended I utilize a different Ulta location.

Walked in to get color tested. The manager directed me to the Estée Lauder counter . I expressed I did not want that brand and she said very rudely to go over there!! Ok noooo problem. I was then met by Char who was initially rude, maybe she was distracted. She then warmed up to me and we got started. She then passed me on to Princess stating that she was an educator and would be a great fit for me. We tried a few brands that were NOT my color, As I was taking a picture of what was done she left me to help a teen who walked up asking for the same help. She left me sitting in the chair to help her for her senior pictures tmrw and never came back to assist me. I went to ask her about another brand and she stated that there were no testers and also estates that that was on the other side an

The management really works hard to make sure folks have a good experience. I went in 2 days before Xmas to see if I could pick up an order I placed online only 2 hours before. I figured I may have to come back the next day but it was on my way home. They hadn’t pull it when I arrived, but they went ahead and grabbed my item super quickly even though there were pretty crowded. They also made sure that doing so would not hold up the other folks in line.

I love this location. Usually stocked well and has friendly staff members. I’ve had great experiences with several employees, including Asia who helped me pick the perfect color for foundation.

I love this store and can never just run in and out. I always come across something new I may not need but just have to have...lol. The workers are always friendly, helpful and smiling.
