I had such a great experience with Diamond! She was very helpful with helping me pick out the perfect perfumes and took the time to really understand what I was looking for instead of just pushing popular opinions. Her recommendations were spot on and she explained the different scent notes and longevity so easily! Her customer service was just as great and very patient!

Busy day at Ulta. I was standing looking for products for 45 minutes and no one came over to help me. I asked a worker a question and she just told me she wasn’t sure. I went to check out and order the product and the sales clerk were very rude. She didn’t even give me the time of day to help me. Will definitely be purchasing the product from the products website and will go get color matched else where. I understand being busy on a weekend but being rude when trying to purchase a product from your store is un professional.

Andi at the Mac counter was fantastic she helped me pick out and try something I normally wouldn’t, I liked it so much I bought all three products! Tyler was a friendly checkout ‘employee I always feel take care of when i come to this location!

Called today to try to gain clarity abt a promo offer on an online order that also applied to a store option + as I start explaining myself the manager on call legit cut me off + goes, “what’s your question?” like my phone call is such a drag to her WORKday. There are no other words than rude to describe this phone call + I will no longer spend a dime @Ulta again; Sephora here we come I guess. She would have known what my question was if she would have given some respect +let me speak. Tone matters. Patience matters. Genuineness matters. She needs to do better; bc of her, this company loses my family’s $, for perpetuity.

Miranda(the super amazing hair stylist) is the best! Not only is she kind and personable, she makes me feel super comfortable in a potentially uncomfortable situation for me. I’m neurodivergent and bright lights and loud noises distract me, but her patience and general attitude towards customers is so calm, listening and understanding. 10/10 go see Miranda.
