Anytime I’ve ever been to this specific Ulta I’ve been treated very well and respected. I can’t say that for yesterday when I went. There was a worker by the name of Samantha that asked if I needed help I said yes and from the very beginning she was very disrespectful and rude which made me not want to spend a dollar ! Her approach and tone of voice was disappointing. Felt very unprofessional I will not be coming back. Leading on to checking out i stood there for 5 minutes she seen me and ignored me. until i finally asked to be checked out then acted as if she didn’t see me there. Sad to say will not be back

I had such a wonderful experience at Ulta in California MD thanks to Susanne! She took the time to help me with color matching and guided me toward products that work perfectly for my skin. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also so kind, patient, and genuine throughout the whole process. It really meant a lot to feel so cared for and not rushed, and I left feeling more confident and so thankful for her help. Susanne truly went above and beyond with her service, and I appreciate her so much!

I had an amazing experience at this salon, thanks to Nick! He went above and beyond to assist me with all my skincare needs, and even helped my mom too. His patience and kindness made the whole experience delightful. Moreover, the salon services are top-notch! Although I can't recall the name of the person who did my eyebrows and hair coloring, they did a fantastic job. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I absolutely love it! Highly recommend!

I am an 83 year old women who is often invisible, especially in a beauty store. I am going with my husband to his 60 college reunion and wanted a new lipstick. A lovely lady ( could have been a general manager), was so helpful and made me feel so special. The store was full of young beautiful girls but she gave me her time and attention. Thank you, you made a difference!
