Berenice is super good at what she does! I came in one day and she did my makeup and I’ve been asking her to do it since. She has taught me so much again about makeup 💄 if you ever need a makeover go see this Queen!

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t helped until I asked. Had to wait for the three girls to stop chatting behind the register. I didn’t know which register to go to so she just pointed and told me to enter in my number. I told her I don’t have an acct and she just repeated herself. Then instead of asking if I wanted to start an acct she just asked for my info without a smile or interest in life in general. Not thank you for coming in. All stems from management. Very sad! Will never return.

My appointment with Nicole was fantastic! She scheduled me quickly and was ready when I arrived. She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and was very helpful in offering advice on makeup and maintenance. I will decently be back to see her again!

Customer service was great. Went in with my teenager. Berenice helped her understand skin care and match a foundation that would work best for her. Made my life so much easier.

Made an appointment with Nicole to get a brow and lip wax. She was ready for me at the time we had agreed, met me by the door and walked me back to her station. She is amazing, professional, easy to carry a conversation with, and prompt. Highly recommend her to anyone that needs waxing services.
