Was in here few days ago and there was no customer service. We asked one of the employees about a perfume for my fiancé and she said okay and appeared as if she was about to help us but never did. We never ended up buying the perfume and they missed out on a sale. Ordered it through Amazon instead. Get it together.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Brunswick, Ga Ulta Beauty store, store #447. As an African American woman and a long-time Ulta customer, I came in to shop like anyone else. Instead of being welcomed, I was followed and treated with suspicion by a staff member — behavior that was humiliating and completely unwarranted. By the time I reached the checkout I was visibly distraught. The manager asked me what was wrong, and when I explained what had happened she apologized and told me that was not right. She also gave me her card. However, the employee who had profiled me never offered any apology, which made the situation feel unresolved. I've been reading through the reviews and the most recent one from T. Clayton has no follow-up. I reached out to her regarding her racist experience and NO ONE from Ulta has followed up. Shame on you for allowing employees to show discrimination because of the color of someone's skin and be followed around the store
