Alright y’all! Come get your hair cuts at Ulta beauty! The salon is back running and the service is incredible! Christine gave me a beautiful butterfly haircut and it’s so perfect! She was an absolute doll. She gave me a lot of information on how to take care of my hair. They use great quality products for the service, and I like this better than a regular hair salon honesty. Less pressure but excellent service and results!

If I could give it a 100 stars I would!! Amanda is amazing and truly the greatest employee! Million thanks to her I solved my 3 week problem that had me running around from store to store starting from Manhattan to the Queens! The best service ever❤️

I see why they are hiring! Don't do it to yourself. Not good management. Didn't realize SHE was the ONLy cash register open. One was kinda. BUT LIKE 4-5 people on the floor to assist, while half the customer waited in line? 2 additional staff for 5-10m would have cleared that line Fast. Had to wait to pay, then had to wait to pick up from online. I would give it a 2, but I found the perfect concealer! 🥰

I prefer Ulta Beauty for their authentic products, though this location feels a bit understaffed. If you need help, it can be tough to find someone. But if you're just looking around and don't need assistance, it's all good!

My friends and I came into the store just to look around and possibly work on something together. We walked in normally, quietly laughing, and not bothering anyone. Out of nowhere, the manager started yelling at us to “get out immediately” even though we hadn’t done anything wrong. When we tried to explain why we were there, she cut us off and said, “Just get out if y’all are going to fool around,” which we definitely were not. She also told us, “That’s not how you walk into a store,” even though we literally just walked in like normal customers. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. No customer—especially kids—should be spoken to like that. This experience made us extremely uncomfortable, and we won’t be coming back.
