I was a little nervous buying my own makeup for the first time, and was having trouble finding what I was looking for. Thankfully, a very nice employee named Jules took notice and offered some help which I accepted. She was both a patient teacher and helping me get the best value on a budget, which made me feel valued as a customer. I have nothing but good things to say about my visit :]

I decided to book a blowout here instead of going to my usual salon since I had a local wedding. Unfortunately, I will never come back after this experience. I booked Jillian and explained very clearly that I wanted a smooth blowout with a little curve at the ends—not overly voluminous. From the moment I sat down, she barely engaged with me. After my wash, she and another assistant started blow-drying my hair while openly talking about their drunken nights and working hungover. It felt incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to sit through. She barely touched the roots, and my scalp was left damp. I even pointed it out, letting her know it needed to be dried properly to avoid frizz. She felt the inside of my scalp, then just continued on like nothing, still only focusing on the ends.

Kat is an amazingly talented artist and she understands hair. I needed serious help (my last hairdresser butchered me as you can see) and she came through exceeding my expectations. And the price is really reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Kat for all your help!!

I needed a haircut badly and booked an appointment with Jillian. She was able to take me last minute on a Sunday. She really took her time explaining what she would do with my hair type and why. Well, I walked out of there Sunday looking like a Rock Star with the curtain bangs she gave me and 4 inches she took off the length made my hair feel healthy again. So, I went back to Jillian the next day, Monday, to get my hair colored as well because she was so knowledgeable. She decided that we were going to do a root blend and not do the usual highlights right up to my scalp like I always got my entire life. Excellent Service at Ulta Beauty I went into Ulta Beauty to pick up an item, but I was having trouble because the service in the area was not good. Thankfully, Shirley who helped me went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She took her time to figure out what went wrong and made sure I walked out with exactly what I needed. Her patience, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out. She’s an amazing representative of great customer service, and I wish more places had people like her.
