I went to ulta the other day and I could not find anyone to help me shade match it was ridiculous… I finally found a employee and she was so sweet I can’t remember her name I think it might have been Alexia but she got me right!! She recommended so many products to me and even let me know what was safe for my daughter skin. I’m going out for Valentine’s Day and I know my makeup is going to look 🔥🔥 thank u alexia

Extremely disappointing haircut with Autumn. Truly one of the worst in my adult life. Not sure how cutting and thinning my hair made it more poofy and frizzy but it definitely did. Additionally, she asked if I wanted it blow dried, as I was sitting in her chair with my hair dripping wet and disheveled. I agreed which was my mistake. In previous haircuts at Ulta with different stylists, they blew dry it without even asking. When I got my bill, she added a $22 “styling fee” for the blow dry. I could forgive the poofy and frizzy but then to be charged $98 when I thought the total would be $76 is outrageous. Very disappointed.

The overall friendliness and experience here has bettered. At some point of my shopping I had to find someone for a lip sharpener— all of the testers were broken. The cashier referred me to the Mac section where I met another employee whom had walked off when I heard the cashier radio her to help me. Resharpened all of the lip pencils and went on my way. ( Please stop assuming customers are supposed to know certain things. We don’t work for Ulta. You do. Be helpful when you’re supposed to be, otherwise stop staring while people shop if you’re insufficient) My visit was to swap some products that didn’t work for me and when making it to the counter, I met with an impatient cashier with no line and no break to attend. I’m trying to sort through my dupes vs. needs and she rushed me by grabb

The first time I came here, I hoped that the manager would review the attitude and way of treating customers with contempt of the staff on the right side of my direction who was cashing in and issuing a new card for me. At around 16pm, the employee who was doing the bill for me was very good, I don't understand why the neighbor interrupted another person's work and complained to me with the terrible phrase "omg omg" I don't understand why she might be stigmatizing me for buying so many bills and how long it takes to make new cards, I bought more than 10 items worth up to 537 dollars. For the first time, I learned about a terrible, despising others was truly sad. About 10 minutes (I think it wasn't long because not everyone is as good at English as she is)

I have had a great experience getting my brows done by Michelle. She did such an amazing job, she made them look the best they have ever looked. I will definitely be going back to Michelle to get my brows done again.
