Arianna is absolutely Phenomenal!! In the middle August closer to the end of the month. I was invited to a wedding and I went to Ulta beauty to pick up a few products. Where I met Arianna you could tell from afar that she is hardworking, patient, friendly, and most of all very respectful. I watched her perform and care for 3 customers at once. And she did it all with a smile on her face. I asked her endless questions where she kindly exceeded my needs going above and beyond. Not only was she trying to find the perfect shade of foundation for me & lipstick (which took many tries) she was simultaneously helping an older woman Arianna managed to balance all 2 of us. She even went the extra mile to put an item for me on hold at the MAC Store in Boca. And I was able to pick up that item the nex

This was my first time at this particular Ulta store. I want to say a big thank you for the wonderful experience. Before this, I visited another store and my mood was ruined. Но in this store, everything was perfect. A very friendly consultant, unfortunately I did not remember her name, helped me choose what I wanted. She found me the right perfume in the size I needed (special thanks that she did not try to sell me a larger one but found exactly the volume I wanted). At the checkout, the girls were very pleasant. My cashier offered to make me a card and get a discount, which was very nice. Despite the queue, she gave me her time and helped with the card and the discount, for which I am very grateful. I left having bought what I wanted and in a great mood. Thank you, you saved my day.

Never experienced this at this location before but this was the worst. Was greeted by 1 associate but then every other associate that walked by including managers on duty, never asked if I needed help or even welcomed me. Walked around for a good 15 or 20mins before an elder employee asked if I needed help and then another employee stopped because I said finally someone can help because no one was around or seemed like they wanted to help you. Honestly never returning here again. Customer Service was a 4/10

A horrific experience in the # 1424 Boynton Beach store today. The only reason I’m leaving a 1 star is because it’s the only way to leave a review. I am an older professional woman who made a purchase in this store yesterday after working with one of their associates for a good bit of time to make the best selection. The associate then handed me the wrong product which I did not realize until I took it out to use it this morning. I promptly went back to the store to make the exchange. The store only wanted to refund 1/5 of the price - the product had not been opened - instead of making an even exchange. The manager refused to adjust, said she couldn’t (a lie) and gave me the number to guest services. I called them from the store and talked through the details and they told me there was not

Love this place! If you need your foundation match you have to go see Ariana . She is a life changer . My make up has never looked better. I was walking around with the wrong foundation color for a year and a half 😫. My neck and face looked like they belonged to to different people ! She spotted it and got me together . She is super honest and helpful. Ulta give miss girl a raise !
