Mesh has been doing my hair for over a year. He goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your style. Jake is very helpful with makeup choices.

I was making a purchase and asked about a free gift with purchase. The women waiting on me was quick to check with the one of the managers. That manager pointed to another and said ask her. Both managers treated the associate with disrespect , like her questions were an annoyance. I felt bad for the sales associate and thanked her for her efforts. When I asked if one of the ladies was a manger she turned and said to the sales associate…why is there a problem. In a very ruff tone. Because of those two manger’s I am surprised they have any employees. If you don't enjoy working with the public please don’t. I worked in retail for 30 years and think customers AND associates deserve respect!

Please don't go here for a haircut. My stylist (Addreine) was about 45 minutes late for my haircut. I understand things happen, but then giving me an awful haircut after wasting my time, not okay. I asked for long layers and soft feathering around my face. I specifically said, "don't make the layers too short, it makes my hair look weird." She did the length, and it was good, then she cut an insanely short and thick layer at the front right of my face. I shpuld have stopped her there, but I was too stunned to speak. I thought maybe she had a plan, but no. None of the lengths of the layers match. She didn't even part my hair correctly. I feel like someone stole $57 from me. Don't come here.

Beware of Adrienne. She totally ignored what mu daughter said she wanted. Botched her hair completely. Mu daughter had to wait 45 for her appointment. She should have taken it as a sign to run from this stylist.

Nice store. I was struggling with the scents due to my sinuses when Cheridan kindly approached and asked if I needed help. I explained that I needed to leave quickly and told her what product I was looking for. She immediately guided me straight to it, and I was able to check out and leave within five minutes. Without her assistance, I likely would have left without making a purchase.
