Today, May 1, 2026, at 2:45 pm, I was treated very poorly at this location. I do not recommend anyone go to this store. I was disrespected and felt belittled. They shouldn't have these kinds of people working there; they are racist and inhumane. What an unpleasant experience. I recommend that the owner hire qualified people.

Karen had the first cash register by the line of customers, I was the first person in the line and she said nothing to me while wearing a frown on her face and the other checkout person worked on merchandise, so I just stepped up. She asked for my phone number to which I declined and arguing with me about it she ultimately said I would be unable to make any returns without sharing my phone number. I said that’s fine, although this seemed an odd policy to me since I would have the receipt. As she rung things up, I could see that she had overcharged me on a perfume, so I told her the accurate price which again was met with argument. She asked the lady next to her to do a price check, to which I said it’s inaccurate in your system so it’s going to come up incorrectly again, and it did. I said

I hate leaving reviews like this, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that this has happened to. I stopped into the store to pick up some press on’s but ended up by the NYX lip gloss display in the front of the store. Once I was done , I made my way to the press on section and didn’t find anything to my liking, which was completely fine! The problem that lied was after the fact. There was an elderly woman blonde, long hair who saw me and noticed that I had the three lip glosses in my hand and was completely visible. I noticed that she took a double take at me and that was when she approached me and asked me if I needed help with anything which I politely and respectfully responded with a smile, no thank you. Shout out to Aly! She's a gem in this store 💖 I was looking for a make up artist that can do my pre-wedding photos and she helped me to look good on my photoshoot session. She made my day.

DEFINITELY your one stop shop for all cosmetics, hair care, personal appliance (curling irons, flat irons, face machines), perfume, etc. Plan to spend some time here because you will be looking at everything and find things you didn’t even know existed. Store is kept very organized and clean. There are staff members walking around to offer assistance if needed and recommendations.
