Shopping at the store on black friday was quite the experience, as the store was packed full of eager customers. All went well except for the cashier (register 4, cashier "A") when it was time to checkout. She was rude. I was about to leave my things at the counter and go purchase them at the other competitive store in town. I will be doing so if it happens again.

My appointment was canceled an hour before scheduled with no reason. I called the shop and she just said nope you’re not on the books. It would have been my first time at the salon. I won’t be trying again.

I didn't get a survey to fill out on my receipt otherwise I would have done that, but here I am to say that JULES DESERVES A RAISE! She went above and beyond when I needed some help and truly made me feel comfortable in asking any questions I had. She knows so much about the industry and her makeup is FLAWLESS!

Always smells so nice in here, very long checkout line, cosmetics very pricey..hard to get individual information..short staffed?

I was out looking for a new men's cologne, A new sent I kind of had an idea what I wanted . A very nice young lady helped me out. She was so patient and helpful. And my wife thinks I smell real good!!!!
