I always have a good experience coming in to the store, people are always super friendly and helpful. However, yesterday‘s trip was exceptional! I was trying out concealers and had one that I almost went home with, but it wasn’t Perfect. I was fortunate enough to speak with Emma, She found the exact match for me. She listened, was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. She paired it with a beautiful blush it looks so natural, I couldn’t be happier!! Confidence boosted, thank you so much Emma!!

I went to Ulta and got Oakley as my artist, and they’re incredible! I felt instantly comfortable with them, and they really take the time to listen to what I want while helping me manage my expectations in the best way. Every single time I’ve left feeling so much better than when I walked in, and that’s all thanks to their talent and just who they are as a person. I’ll be going back to Oakley every time. If you go to this Ulta, you HAVE to book with them.

Just had the best experience with Gwyn! We did a scalp treatment to boost hair growth and followed it up with a fresh cut—which I really needed. She took her time and gave so much care to make sure everything was perfect. I wish I could upload a video to show off the results because she truly is the best! You should consider getting your hair done because of the point system for money off, it’s cool to use my credit card for a card service knowing I’m earning double the points 🧡🩷

Julie is such an amazing beauty advisor. I went in looking for a concealer and I’m happy I bumped into her. She listened to what I was wanting, suggested some products, let me play around with them while I made my decision, and continuously check on me to see how I was doing. I went with her first suggestion, a Lancôme concealer. We ended up chatting a bit longer after and shared our favorite products through our the store. I left feeling confident in my choice all thanks to the excellent service Julie provided. She knows her stuff! All in all, I had a great experience. This is the type of customer service that will keep me coming back to Ulta in Bellingham!

YAZMIN is the best beauty advisor everrrr! If you are visiting this location and need makeup or product advice, she is your person. I’m naturally a very shy person when it comes to makeup choices, but I was so impressed by her makeup skills, I asked her to help teach me too. She was soooo kind, suggested products to me that fit best for my skin and did not push me at all to buy the products!! She is soooo kind and super friendly!! Say Hi to her and she’ll totally win you over. Thank you for being soo nice Yazmin.
