They took the time to listen, explain options, and help me find exactly what I needed. It’s so nice to shop somewhere where you feel genuinely cared for and never rushed. I received help within a few minutes of asking, and the woman was very informed and friendly. She got me a concealer within my budget plus a new sponge and I got out of there in less than 15 minutes for under $30. Awesome service! Everyone was super nice and had a "let's solve this" mindset.

Came across a sign that had a discount on mascara, when I asked a sales associate about it she mentioned it was an "old sale". I asked her if she would still honor the discount to which she asked her manager. The manager would not honor it and said it was because it had the date that the sale ended...in the tiniest letters. She was fairly rude while pointing that out and seemed to have blamed me for not reading the sale end date. This sale should've been honored for me since it was a fairly large sign that was left out for 4 days past the expiration - not my fault. Train your managers better, Ulta.

Obsessed! Actually obsessed with the team at Bellingham ! I went in there wanting galaxy hair and I got so much more! Staci did an incredible hair transformation, Nina checked in constantly providing excellent service and the rest of team was super welcoming and fantastic! 12/10 will go back! These hype girls are amazing!
