I cannot thank Brittany and Gabi/Gabby enough! Two separate visits, I brought my little girl with me. She’s finally old enough to learn and appreciate make-up, skincare, and scents. Gabi/Gabby was so kind and answered all of my daughter’s questions! She made my daughter feel confident in her choices and not afraid to approach someone with a question. Brittany helped us pick out a gift for a friend. She was so patient, gave fantastic recommendations, and went above and beyond to help my daughter have a great experience. I’m not a professional and I don’t wear a lot of make-up, but I know that the best way to get a correct answer is to ask the pros …. And these ladies are just that! Thank you so much for your time, you are masters of your craft!

I’ve read other reviews and just remembered why I only do delivery or in store pickup. Even when you do pickup orders.. it’s like committing a crime to these employees. They hesitate to give you the order that YOU paid for even with proof. My issue happened a while ago. I did not have my physical ID, I had a photo, and I have used the photo before multiple times in this store. They seem to just make up their own policies. I called cooperate and they said they can notify the store to give me my order as i was able to provide proof that the app states you need. The app states photo identification OR email confirmation. I pulled up the app as well and showed where I was logged in EVERYTHING. The store was out of stock so I was unable to cancel it and get it right then and there and just buy

Short story: If I could give them 1000 stars, I would. They gave me my confidence for my wedding day. Long story: On a random Friday in May, I walked into Ulta completely defeated and not quite sure what to do. I never wear makeup, and when I do wear make up, I don't always like it. However, I was getting married in July, in Montana, very early in the morning. So, I would have to do my own makeup. After explaining my situation, an employee led me to the MAC makeup artist Sarah. She was my makeup artist in shining armor. She color matched my foundation, gave me a mirror, and gave me a simple step by step tutorial for doing my makeup.
