Very upset with how my hair appointment turned out everything was amazing until my hair cut I started having anxiety I knew something was going to go wrong I had a feeling and man. I was right…. My hair was cut a lot shorter than I expected and I completely hate my hair and there is a lot a whole in the side of my hair too looks likes my hair will continue to be in a ponytail until it grows back out…. Another bad salon day :(

Had to stop in for a product and ended up meeting awesome store experts! I wasn’t sure if I wanted cream or pressed powder with bare minerals and one of their experts, Pedro was on break, but was so helpful and stopped to answer our questions. I did not expect that, but they were so over-the-top helpful. She, another expert, spent time with me testing out different colors and options to make sure that I felt comfortable with the makeup I walked away with. Honestly, such amazing service, the store is clean, I love the layout, and to celebrate Black History Month, they had a display of all black owned beauty products in the front!

I walked into Ulta to find this particular item that was on sale that I found online. I had a hard time finding it so I asked the sales associate standing at the front desk for help, one of the ladies by the name of Dominique IMMEDIATELY dropped everything she was doing to help me. She was very friendly, driven and happy to help. She did not find the item after searching in the back and gave me options to order from store. I needed another item before Christmas so I looked for another item on sale and she helped me find that one as well. After successfully finding the perfect items she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with, with a beautiful smile. I am extremely happy with the assistance I received today.

Love having an Ulta close to home. But there were two ladies trying to push products onto me. I asked for a lip stain and they tried selling me MAC lipsticks, which don’t stain. I know certain brands have daily quotas to meet, but I don’t think it’s right to push a product that isn’t what the buyer is asking. I had also mentioned my preference of Fenty over MAC and one of the ladies proceeded to trash talk the brand I prefer. Super weird. These two women were also cursing in-front of my young child and gossiping about their home life’s. That’s when I left the store because it was unprofessional. Wish I had gotten names.

I absolutely love my new red hair!!! Veronica was so attentive and made sure I got exactly the change I was looking for... it's the perfect color for fall! She’s done my mom’s and sister’s hair too, and we’ve all been thrilled with the results. Can’t wait to book my next appointment and try out some more hair changes with her!
