Placed an order online, then I got an email saying my order was picked up when I hadn’t picked it up. Went into the store later and sure enough they gave my order to someone else. Spoke to the manager who said they would have to review the camera footage and would follow up. What I had ordered was a gift for Christmas and it was 2 days before so the manager told me I could buy the same thing in store and would follow up with me for a refund later in the week or the following week. I did end up buying the item again. It’s been 16 days (14 without the holidays days) and still have not heard back. Went into the store on 1/3, the manager who was there said she was not aware of my situation, and would need to speak to the manager who originally helped me, but she was on vacation. She took down

Tania at the salon is absolutely amazing!! She is so friendly and kind and truly cares about her clients. She made sure to fit me into her busy schedule and was happy to do so. I wasn't 100% happy with the hair color I had originally picked and she managed to fit me in again because she knew I had a busy schedule and I am in LOVE with my hair now. You can tell she truly loves what she does and her people. 10/10 will be recommending her to everyone.

Had one employee tell me it was fine to return some cologne, went and picked some out , waited in line for several minutes just to be told by a different employee that I wouldn’t be able to return it . It was unused as well . I should have went to the valley ranch or Conroe locations . They are much cleaner and straight forward .

Ulta is the worst! I bought an It’s A 10 Miacle Blowdry Volumizer to take with me on vacation. When I reached home with it, I realized that it had leaked on the seat of my car. I cleaned my seat and went on my vacation (obviously without the product). When I came home, I looked to see which store near me had it in stock so that I could exchange it. None. None of the stores near me had it in stock for weeks. Finally this store had it in stock, but they wouldn’t exchange it. Obviously, it was defective and unusable. So obviously I didn’t use it. I wasn’t looking for my money back, just an exchange for a spray that worked. Unacceptable Ulta! I guess I need to start shopping at Sephora.

Kimberly did an amazing job taking care of me! I went to get a trim and bangs and she was able to do exactly what I wanted while providing great service throughout. She had me laughing the whole time and leaving with a smile on my face.
