Had a great experience with Jordan. I am From out of town and here for a wedding. They asked Jordan to come in a little early to do my hair and makeup so I would be on time for the wedding. It looks great & I have gotten lots of compliments. Thank you Jordan.

I went to Ulta for the first time today in Batavia and what a great experience! Their customer service is second to none. The young lady that greeted me and helped me was amazing, I showed her pictures on my phone for both my granddaughters Christmas wish list and she she got them right away for me. The cashier was fantastic and very personable. It's been a long time since I've seen customer service like this and I appreciate you all.

I scheduled a hair service online with Jordan for a perm. When I get to my appointment Jordan does and says everything she can so that I switch to a different hair service because I quote, “I am not comfortable doing perms” and “I’ve never done a perm on a real person” She graduated in 2023 according to her certificate on the mirror and has never done a perm on a real person? And she is working at place that offers this service and is taking appointments for services she cannot perform and clearly does not want to do. My hair is pretty forgiving so I said let’s try, I have no problem letting people learn!
