Went into Ulta not to purchase products but to try out their salon services. My stylist was Carlie C and she did an excellent job. She explained everything she was doing and how to maintain my hairstyle. She also listened to my needs and asked questions about my routine. The prices were comparable to other salons in the area. I will definitely return for my next haircut.

I had my hair done by William at Ulta for a wedding back in July (I was a bridesmaid), and I was so impressed with his work! He gave me a silk press that looked amazing and held up so well ( my natural hair is really curly) —even in the summer heat during the wedding. He’s professional, talented, and really knows what he’s doing. I left feeling confident and beautiful. Definitely recommend William if you’re looking for someone who delivers great results!!

I was there for thirty minutes waiting for someone to help me in fragrance. I waited a little longer after the line dies down. So they did see that I was waiting for them. Nobody help me. They looked at me. But they didn't even ask me if I needed help. Horrible service. Six people total behind a register and not in one of em came and asked me if I needed help

I visited Ulta for a consultation to confirm pricing and ensure the stylist understood exactly what I wanted. I even provided a photo for reference. While the consultation went smoothly, the end result was not what I requested—my roots came out a completely different color. I returned for a complimentary correction, as the issue was caused by the initial service. Unfortunately, after the second attempt, my roots were still not the correct color. I then spoke with the salon manager, but I was told I would need to pay out of pocket for another correction. Given that the stylist had been shown exactly what I wanted and had made the same mistake twice, I do not believe I should be responsible for additional costs. At this point, I feel I have no choice but to have my roots corrected elsewher

Should be zero stars. Ordered an item for pickup this morning. Total cost with points and discounts - $5.81. Ran inside to grab it, showed the cashier my email with the bar code, and she asked for an id. I had a photo of my id. She couldn't release it without my actual ID. I asked for the manager who came around the counter and said 'Nope. We can't release it without your physical license. It was in the email.' I wasn't driving home and she wasn't giving a single thought to how to solve this any other way. I told her to cancel the order. I took the product and waited in line to purchase it. A good manager would have done exactly this for me in one minute instead of standing in front of a fully functional cash register telling me there was nothing she could do. Her final commen
