DO NOT go to the salon here and see Gina. My teenage granddaughter went to get color done and it was a terrible experience. First of all, she did all over color which should have never been done, low lights and highlights should have been applied, It came out a brownish green and was dirty blond. Gina, the stylist also complained about how tired and busy she was along with discussing extra services to gloss and add more color later to achieve the look my granddaughter wanted which was completely unacceptable to have a conversation like that with a 15 year old girl and not her Mom present which was in the store. Hair didnt look anything like my reference pictures and there was barely a difference from my original hair color. They told me to wait a couple washes to see a difference and nothing changed. When i called they claimed it was past the ten day mark(they never made me away of) and only offered 15% off the next service which would be three weeks out. I could not recommend this ulta beauty to anyone while this type/effort of work is being done here. Do not pay the 134 for a full highlight because there will be no difference. The staff and manager at this Ulta were really unfriendly and rude with my daughter and me this morning. My daughter had placed an online order for pickup. She received an email receipt and text right away but NEITHER the email nor the text mentioned her needing to bring an ID to pick up at the store. When she got to the store 3 hours later they refused to give her the item without an id. I went in with the email receipt, my license (with the same last name as the receipt) and the credit card used to purchase the item but still no. They insisted that the email would have told her to bring the ID. We then showed her the email and just like us, she couldn’t find anything about an ID. Ulta is a beauty store selling drugstore and high end products. They offer cosmetics, haircare, and skincare at all different price points. They also offer beauty services like haircuts, eyebrow shaping and more. What I love about it is that they offer tons of sales and a rewards program. I've always shopped at Ulta, usually online. This one is well stocked and organized. I went in to purchase a foundation that was having a good sale. I love that they had samples so I can find the right shade. Most of the employees were friendly. It's a good store in a great location for us beauty and skincare lovers.

My gf came in for a hair appointment on 9/27 for a full highlight and gave the stylist a reference photo for what she wanted. The reference photo was very clear and you can see it below. The first photo listed is the “after” photo after doing the 3 washes and waiting. The stylist took a few hours doing the hair and was very friendly. By the end of it my gf was concerned because her hair looked nothing like the reference. The stylist said it is just the toner and should wash out in a few washes. That usually means 3 washes. My gf who has a scalp/skin condition cannot wash her hair more than twice a week without becoming irritated. So she did 3 washes and today, the 12th day, we noticed something just isn’t right.
