Felipe 😊 was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful, sweet, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in. His friendly energy immediately made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He took the time to ask questions, helped me with my makeup, and made sure I felt confident with everything I chose. He truly went above and beyond, and you can tell he loves what he does. Employees like Felipe are the reason people enjoy shopping in-store , I walked out with a smile on my face. Please continue to have people like him working at your stores. He’s the best!

Worst location I’ve ever in. Just to be clear this location is well or finished and stocked, but the service is atrocious. We came in on a Sunday afternoon to buy some holiday present and I wish I had gone to another location. I encountered ONE nice employee in the makeup section who was super helpful and well informed I believe he is Brazilian but don’t quote me. The rest was trash. My mom asked a question and the lady seemed to ignored her and went to another gentleman dressed head to toe in LV branding. Then came check out. My purchased came with a free key chain when I asked she said they had no more. Nothing was offer in replacement. We asked about a little product in the back to see if they were samples or gifts and she didn’t know and when she asked the manager she also didn’t know

Ulta Aventura does not refund or credit you for a bad haircut or unsatisfactory service, according to their manager Vivian. I went in for a haircut last Sunday and did not get what I asked for. I requested a blunt cut and asked the stylist not to touch the sides, only to bring the back up to match. Instead, she cut the sides, said they were uneven, and still left the back longer. I lost nearly two inches and still didn’t get the shape I wanted. The stylist was kind, but I wasn’t heard. When I raised the issue, Vivian’s only offer was to come back and have it fixed. That was not an option, since correcting it would require cutting even more length than I was comfortable with. Just one register for such a big store. A large and slow moving line, with people cutting it and no staff member to better organize it. We have been to much better Ulta Beauty stores in other places, this one is just below any standard of quality and service.

Very disappointed with my experience at Ulta. I tried purchasing the same lip liner in two different shades, but one was priced differently. The cashier, ESTHER, had no explanation and called the manager, making me wait 15–20 minutes just to be told they don’t price match. The manager, JAQUAN, was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and UNPROFESSIONAL, shrugging his shoulders when I asked why didn’t ESTHER tell me that from the beginning. It’s clear the STAFF is not POORLY TRAINED and does not know their own policies. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
