What a terrible experience. This location needs to be shut down. I was so excited to learn that one of my favorite stores was opening up right down the street. However, I will never step foot into this location again. I purchased some items from this location via Instacart (I have gone in person before but they are so rude, nasty, and unhelpful I figured I’d rather just go through Instacart). These products broke me out something serious( no big deal it happens I figured I’d just return them right? Wrong). So I called up to the location and spoke to a young lady and she said as long as I bring the items and they are 50% full it should be no issue. Scammers and horrible customer service. no greeting when we walked in nor when we got to the register. I purchased a almost $200 prada paradoxe perfume that was completely sealed. when i got home, not even 30 minutes had passed and i opened the box and this is what i got. a random tester perfume i’ve never seen nor heard of before. i immediately went back to the store and and showed and complained about what i had found in the box. all i got from the general manager was a “sorry we can’t do anything about this.” how are you as the GM not able to look at any previous information about that particular box with the BARCODE or able to give me any solutions. all i wanted was the perfume and instead i got SCAMMED. no solution was provided and just because the general manager herself had went to

I’m not sure if this is the regular staff or just seasonal, but it felt very different in the store. Example: My cashier yelled my name out when I put in my #. I asked can I use a coupon? She replied “yeah sure if you want to.” Then when I asked for a birthday gift (it’s my birthday month) and she pointed to the box not even showing me where it is or what they have available. I then told her what I wanted and she couldn’t find it and so she yells out “Girl what did you get!”for everyone in the line to hear. Then she was on the phone at least 3 to 4 times during my transaction, mind you I only purchased three things, and she was either texting, answering a phone call or scrolling all in my face at the register with me actively trying to purchase something. We went in yesterday (Saturday) on the second day the store was open. They have some of the most lovely ladies working in there. Everyone was no nice, friendly, helpful and just overall wonderful. Bought more than we should have and we are so glad to have a new Ulta in Austell. The store was well stocked and clean and inviting. To the beautiful young lady in the white dress with black trim, black glasses, beautiful make-up and the PERFECT BOB, keep that beautiful attitude that matches your perfect face. I went into the Ulta in Smyrna/Mableton and the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Someone I’d like to particularly highlight is the General Manager Sheneka for her outstanding Customer Service. 10 out of 10 service and I will absolutely come to this location again.
