Needed some new makeup products and decided to come here. The store was clean and I was able to find a couple of items I wanted; however, the customer service was severely lacking. Would’ve bought more if I had assistance. Ended up ordering what I need at Ulta.com.

I had asked Brittani N. for Sabrina carpenters layered hair cut with fringes she gave me a blow out at the end and it look horrendous i walked way with tears i couldn’t confront her hoping when i went home and washed out the curls it would be manageable, it got worse…. She left me looking like berries and cream lad rather than Sabrina. The hair cut is choppy and horrendous short layers i have been crying non stop

Got a hair cut and highlights from Brittani N. She did magic, amazing job on both my appointments. Loved my time there, they took care of everything and that too with patience. Got bunch of compliments on my hair!!

I want to absolutely rave about Shevne he did an outstanding job helping me select products from Clinique and didn’t stop there—she went above and beyond by assisting me in multiple departments with different makeup types. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire experience amazing. She exceeded every expectation, and honestly, she is the best associate I have ever worked with at any Ulta. I’m truly lost for words at how incredible her service was. Diana was also A really good employee and she was good all about helping and her service was phenomenal. The manager also on duty was very sweet!

Hello!! Today I visited your location and I was helped by Diana and let me tell you…AMAZING Customer Service!! She greeted me, offered options and suggestions on primers (girl was I ballin-on-a-budget-TODAY)…Ulta…when I tell you this CHANGED how I USED to feel with your staff at this location!!
