The ladies here are so very helpful. I have never worn makeup or done any foo-foo girly stuff. I was always a tomboy and way too busy fishing, riding bikes, or swimming to do makeup. Then I had a baby girl. Fourteen years later, she loves this stuff. I personally think the stuff is a waste of money. However, if you find yourself in a position of having to get this junk, the ladies here will tell you what you need. Every time I come here to get something for my daughter, they always tell me the correct item she wants. I swear, a bar of Ivory soap and a washcloth would save people a lot of money!

Workers are fantastic, quick to help and find any products needed or even considered. I'm more of a "stumble around until I find it" guest but I appreciate their knowledge. I love the deals on samples. There's a number of things I'd never buy without trying. I got a lovely perfume sample for $14 that says it would normally cost $24 just to sample. The 11:11 perfume smells and lasts wonderfully, that was the sample I got recently. Also the mascara I got for $5 is so much better than the dollar store version I've been buying.

The absolute worst management ! I came to get my hair done and one of the two stylist died my hair PURPLE. The girl that spent HOURS fixing someone else’s mistakes was fired because the other stylist was telling her personal business IN FRONT OF ME and the manager Shannon ( who was so rude and ignored her employee on purpose in front of me the client as she was trying to ask a question) and the General Manager Gina said it was Shaylea’s fault for me hearing the other stylist business and fired her ! The way I watched several employees treated by these two managers at Ulta in Ardmore was completely ridiculous and unprofessional . Corporate will be getting called.

Allison was super helpful and the store was great for shopping. Christy cut my hair and would 10/10 recommend!!

Best Ulta store is always clean and organized. I would love to see the make-up of the Dior brand and Laura Geller. My only complaint is the lack of restock of the Rizos hair care products other than that, the store is great,customer service is excellent and the offers variety is good. The online service is accurate.
