Ulta Beauty

Like others I would post a zero if I could, I just left there, I knew they had what I needed (I had looked online) but I couldn't find what I needed. I know I looked confused and passed 7 employees in various groupings just talking and talking. No one acknowledged me. I went up to the cashier and asked her, she said she didn't know, then asked the other cashier. The other cashier, in a pink jacket, actually took me to the item and when I asked if she was the manager (very professional looking) she said no, and pointed out who the manager was. (One of the people who was talking I had passed at least twice). I didn't buy the item. I have decided not to ever shop there again. Attached is a little sign I am still trying to figure out.

This is a good store but not good employees. I went in looking for a good foundation for age spots and the representative for one of the foundations asked me what price range I was looking for because Then she was working at was higher and make up. I was paying with Afterpay so it didn’t really matter. I was going to pay in payments. She could’ve made a sale but she redirected me to another young gentlemen, which is actually really really nice. He made me feel comfortable, and I liked what I purchased, but most of the employees there are not welcoming and slightly on the rude side and are almost unapproachable they don’t ask if you need help. They don’t help you find what you need.

I was in town and ran out of my concealer. I walked around for 30min. looking for the brand I needed. Not one associate came to see if I needed help. Obviously I did, wandering around in the same section for 30min. I ended up color matching another brand on my own. The associate, Jasmine, didn’t even make eye contact. I had to ask if they carried the brand I was looking for. I still bought a few small items, but would hand left empty handed was I not completely out of my concealer. This store is sorely lacking in the customer service area. I definitely won’t be back when in town on business.

I just wanna say good job to the ladies and some gentlemen working at the Ulta in Amarillo Texas. They do such a good job. They are always so sweet and so helpful and make me feel so welcome and I just wanna say thank you so much. It's good to go in there and know that I'm gonna get taken cared of.

At checkout i told my cashier Tesslynn i wasn’t interested in making an account. She told me i “can’t make a return if i don’t sign up” so i did, even though i don’t want to. After leaving and looking up the policy, i’ve read that that isn’t true information. you DONT need to have an account to make returns. they’ll just need an email or a number. I plan to return my items and not return, due to them allowing employees to lie to costumers to make their quota. It’s YOUR responsibility to make your own quotas, lying to your costumers is wrong and i hope they learn from that
