Had a wonderful experience today at the store when I went in looking for my favorite (now discontinued) primer. I knew it was a shot in the dark that it would be available at the store but I still stopped in to check. I got assistance from the eye brow specialist in there - Kayleigh - who checked the stock for me, and when it wasn't available she took me the various suitable options around the store to try to find a substitute for me. Ultimately, we found an ulta brand matte concealer that dupes pretty well to the tarte poreless that I would have never found without her. I gave praise to the LOD and she said I should post a review :). Energy in the store was very good, staff was very attentive and willing to help without breathing down your neck. Went in for a shade match this evening. Sierra not only took her time matching me with over 5 different foundations but took her time with the perfect undertone as well. She was so sweet and patient and made sure that I was happy. She was amazing. Thank you so much for a great experience and very happy customer 🥰. Appreciate YOU!

Michele Howard helped me pick my wedding makeup. She was so kind and patient with me. I asked so many questions and all of her answers were spot on with what I was looking for and what she suggested. She did multiple looks with different shades and I never felt more beautiful tbh. The makeup she helped me pick is absolutely stunning. She taught me how to apply it, what brushes I’d need for what, and overall skin care as well. Thank you so so much for all your help Michele. Jay was also an amazing help and was able to have me check out right there at the beauty counter so I didn’t even have to go up to the register. As someone who has never done makeup and has always been intimidated by makeup stores these two and the cash register girl who greeted me upon entrance (Hannah I think) made it

usually i have a good experience here but the last several times I’ve been here the employee named JAMIE, has been incredibly rude in the way they interact with me & anyone I’ve ever came in with. So short and unhelpful. I get having a bad day but there is no friendliness at all. I come here to treat myself and am generally happy walking in, and love to support Ulta. Don’t want to switch to Sephora but will take my diamond status there if this mannerism continues.
